[GM-Rubix]: Setting:  The party sets up camp on their NE trek of Old Mage's Web continuing 
on to Pershing.  They seek a village called Green Meadows in hopes of finding a Churhc of 
Ral there so that Jamison can leave the Sword Gleam.  Earlier today, Valek and Phinny 
realized that they were being followed.  Valek now sits in the man's camp who calls himself 
Drei'Partha as the 5th day of Methorah in the Summer of 1133p draws to an end and we 
BEGIN SESSION 62. 
Valek ponders while talking to the strange rider <who's name I cannot remember>
[ Redfox left the game ]
[Valek]: "So Drei'Partha, you know of my people?"
GM-Drei'Partha sits eating roots and thinking.  Then he looks up at Valek, "Oh, ya ... da 
prophets know all."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Ye are not an Enlightened race!  Tis a shame...."
[Valek]: "I see."
[GM]: Drei's horse stands a few feet away from Valek, studying him.
Valek takes a very close look at the horse, and then at the man he is talking to.
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Ye know I am not sure I can trust ye."
(Valek whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): valek is considering that perhaps the horse is the 
real brains of the opperation and the human if just a front: any idication to supoort his 
theroy.
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "If ye are friends ta dis .... Veridon"
[Valek]: "You have something against the mage?"
(GM-Drei'Partha whispered to Valek): His mane is impecably braided and combed out in 
spots.  A very beautiful animal, you must admit.
(Valek whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): by comparison how well groomed is Drei'Partha.
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "I don thin he is who he say he is, dat be all"
[Valek]: "Well he never actaually said he was THE veridon, it must be a common name."
(GM-Drei'Partha whispered to Valek): You only can see his face.  Everything else is covered 
in the Black Silk of his garb, but he is not filthy if that is what you are asking.
[Valek]: "That's just my theroy."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "He wore da mark of da Silver Wizard, ya he as much claimed da name"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "I donna trust him" he takes another bite of root
[Valek]: "Humm."
[Valek]: "What you said before: about my race being 'unenlightenend' what did you mean 
exactly?"
GM-Drei'Partha looks at Valek, confused "Ye donna know?"
[Valek]: "Why would I?"
(GM-Drei'Partha whispered to Phinnea): You two are in camp.  It is about 11pm.  Valek left 
an hour ago and has not returned.  You can be asleep or awake.
(GM-Drei'Partha whispered to Thor): You two are in camp.  It is about 11pm.  Valek left an 
hour ago and has not returned.  You can be asleep or awake.
GM-Drei'Partha takes another bite of root.
(Thor whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): At that time I would likely be asleep.  I will jump 
back in when we get to the next morning.
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "You see, der are enlightened races and den der are unenlightened races 
...."
[Valek]: "What's the difference?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Der has never been a Fell dat earned da race a place in der afterworld 
Rhisspen"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Ral was da one who earn da place fer da Human"
(Phinnea whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): Phinnea is sleeping.
[Valek]: "If such a thing is determined after death, how do you know it has not allready 
been done?"
[Valek]: "Or perhaps a better question would be; why would we want to?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Elic earn da place for da Elf, and so on ...."
GM-Drei'Partha looks hard at Valek, "You say ye want to live forever, ya did?"
[Valek]: "Sure, why die when it's not nessasary."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Well dis world is da test, an if ye succeed den ye will gain da true 
immortal body"
[Valek]: "Why bother dieing if immortality is your goal?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Exactly wat me try to tell ye!"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "If ye live with honor, den when da time comes, ye do not die"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Ye are worthy to drink from da cup of Nhorr and ye take upon yerself da 
body glorified.  It is all writen in da Book o Ral by his hand"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Have ye never read da scriptures?"
[Valek]: "But you do, your gone, and really you don't know what's waiting for you on the 
outher side."
[Valek]: "I may have rifled through some of them somewhere along my studies..."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Nay, you are not gone..." he takes another root.
[Valek]: "But you are; you are not here."
[Valek]: "I do not often see corpses moving about, at least of there own volition."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Nay, but ye are reborn and ye are everywhere"
[Valek]: "Do you know this for a fact, or do you simply 'belive'?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Da corpse is only da first container"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "I know dis with all me soul"
[Valek]: "Have you been there?"
GM-Drei'Partha looks confused "Been where?"
[Valek]: "Where the soul of those with 'honour' go?"
GM-Drei'Partha laughs, "No do I have the body glorified?" he pat himself on the chest "Only 
dat which is perfect may enter Rhisspen"
[Valek]: "Have you seen it; devined it with magic?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "As Prophet Zern said in 5223, (he speaks in a respectful tone) "Only da 
pure in heart may see Rhisspen, or even hold da image in his heart" he lowers his head
GM-Drei'Partha takes a deep breath, "Now sir Valek of da Fell, I answer ye questions now ye 
answer mine, okay?"
GM-Drei'Partha looks at Valek and smiles
[Valek]: "Very well."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "What is dis quest that ye and ye party go about doing?"
[Valek]: "Were following a piece of prophecy."
[GM]: Drei's horse backs up and begins walking away
Valek looks very curiously at the horse.
[GM]: The horse commences to walk out of camp, heading South
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "What know ye of prophecy!?"
[Valek]: "That it should allwase be taken with a grain of salt and a word of caution."
GM-Drei'Partha shakes his head, "It means no much to da man dat is not worthy ta know da 
meanin'"
GM-Drei'Partha stands and begins pacing slightly
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Da Wizard, he tell me ta help ya in yer quest"
Valek furrows his brow "life is full of prophecy, each fell has there future fortold at 
birth and is named depending on what is seen."
GM-Drei'Partha nods, but doesn't say anything
[Valek]: "But just because prophecy states that you will bring light to a nation dose not 
nessasarily mean you will be helping them, you could just a well set fire to it all and the 
prophecy would still be fufilled."
[Valek]: "That is why prophecy is dangerous; it's allwase true, but almost never what it 
appears to be."
[Valek]: "So if veridon said you WOULD help us in our quest then you may do as you will, 
eventually the prophecy will find a way to fufil itself.  But if he told you you SHOULD 
then it is your choice, and yours alone."
GM-Drei'Partha nods, Prophet Zern said in the year 4829 (he again say respectfully) "A 
Prophet has no value without da worth man ta hear him"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: he looks sternly at Valek  "Da man say ta me dat he wans me ta give ye 
aid in ye quest. An I say dat I make no deals wit devils ... and I cast him out I did"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "I cast der spell Banish and he was no more.  Veridon or no, he was gone"
[Valek]: "Well that's an interesting tidbit of information, though hardly damming."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: Drei'Partha "I know of ye no only from da Wizard.  Dat prophet tell me 
about ye, as well"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Da prophet Ulmas dat is ...."
[Valek]: "If you were to cast banish on my sister she would likewise disapear, though she 
is by no stretch of the imagination a deamon."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Ya I suppose so"
[Valek]: "Were you powerful enough to do it, you could cast banish on a god, and then they 
too would be sent away from this realm."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Me power comes from Ral himself.  I do only what he wills"
Valek looks sincearly sorroful "I'm sorry."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Why ye be sorry?"
[Valek]: "Because you'll never truly understand magic while an exteradimensional being is 
pouring a part of his into you."
(Phinnea whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): brb
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "I seek no to understan magic but to lead a worthy life.  I am bound by 
me vow"
GM-Drei'Partha rolls up his sleeve, "I am a chosen one, see da mark of da prophet" he shows 
a birthmark to Valek.
Valek shrugs "Perhaps if you are to fortell the future you should keep a more open mind?"
[ «Jack» left the game ]
Valek begins looking around "I'm sorry to have kept you this long....  I really must 
retrieve the horse and return to camp."
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "My mind is open, perhaps ye should do as ye preach?"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "This world is not the only thin dat is real"
[GM-Drei'Partha]: "Good luck on ye journey" he bows
[Valek]: "Perhaps, but it is the only thing I know enough to speak of with certainty"
Valek takes out the horsehairs from Phinnea's horse
(Valek whispered to GM-Drei'Partha): seeker.

Valek walks south.

GM-Drei'Partha sits in a lotus postion and begins to meditate
[GM]: Valek walks to the South for about 300 yds and sees Phinny's horse grazing.  He is 
not alone
[GM]: Drei's Horse is with him
Valek looks at Drei'Partha's horse and bows "Greetings."
GM horse seeminly bows back, keeping his eyes on Valek the whole time
[ Zonkedout joined the game ]
GM snorts at Phinny's horse and the horse moves towards Valek, following him.
(GM whispered to Valek): Good Evening
(GM whispered to Zonkedout): Good Evening
(GM whispered to Valek): Scratch that.
[Valek]: "In my conversasion with Drei'Partha one, or perhaps both of us were closeminded, 
can you tell me which?"
(Zonkedout whispered to GM): Wazzup?
(GM whispered to Valek): You are speaking to the horse?
(Valek whispered to GM): of coruse.
(Valek whispered to GM): it seems to react as an inteligent being would, so he's assuming 
it's inteligent <at least as much as a human.>
[GM]: Drei's horse stares at Valek, suspiciouly
[GM]: The horse closes his eyes and seems to concentrate
[ Zonkedout left the game ]
(GM whispered to Valek): You hear these words in your mind, "Drei'Partha Sleika Demoni will 
be a prophet on day, he has a long path to walk first.  You would do well to listen to his 
words."
Valek bows again "I thank you kind sir, I'll be off now, enjoy your graising."
[GM]: Drei's horse bows to Valek
Valek turns to Phinnea's horse "Please follow me." and walks.
[GM]: Phinnea's horse follows Valek
Valek walks back to the campsight.
[GM]: The horse stops just at the edge of camp and hesitates.
[GM]: It seems terrified of entering the campsite
Valek touches the horses nose.
(Valek whispered to GM): bravery.

[GM]: The horse takes a step towards camp

[GM]: It bolts and runs

Valek takes a deep breath points at the horse.
(GM whispered to Valek): What you casting?
(Valek whispered to GM): levitation.

[GM]: The horse stops as if caught by a rope
[ Jamison joined the game ]
Valek walks up to the horse slowly <more afaraid of being kicked then it is of the barrier>
(GM whispered to Valek): It will cost you 5 points/min to pull the horse into camp.  What 
are you plans?
(Valek whispered to GM): he can't do 5 points a minute, he just wants to keep it from being 
lost.
[GM]: The horse fights the invisible cords that bind him
[GM]: Animal Handling Roll please, Valek
[Valek]: "Calm down."

(Valek whispered to GM): skill 17.
[GM]: The horse looks at Valek and calms down.  He stops resisting.
Valek puts the horse back on the ground before he drops from exaustion.
[GM]: The horse looks to Valek
(GM whispered to Jamison): Welcome Jamison
[Valek]: "Ok, how about we try this."
(Valek whispered to GM): object creation: silk blindfold for horses.
DICE for Valek: (3d6) : 3d6=3,6,3  = [ 12 ]
(Jamison whispered to GM): Hey Rub.. just got home from the birthday party...
(GM whispered to Jamison): How was it??
Valek takes out a silk blindfold and ties it over the horses' eyes "Now I'll pull you along 
and you follow me."
Valek takes the bridel and leads the horse along.
(Jamison whispered to GM): It was ok... nothing special... a party at a restarant is ok... 
at best...
[GM]: With a little effort Valek gets Phinny's horse back to Camp
[GM]: Jamison, who is just about ready to end his watch, sees Valek coming with the horse.
Phinnea is curled up comfortably next to the fire, sleeping, and has no idea of what has 
transpired.
[GM]: ...
Jamison watches Valek, horse and the surrounding coountry side...
[Valek]: "Our stalker is a prophet, instructed by Validon to help us, he's unsure of what 
to do.  But his familiar gave me a reassurance that he will do what is best."
Valek then finds a place to sleep for himself and is almost immidatly in dreamland.
[Jamison]: Where is this stalker now?
(GM whispered to Valek): 150 yds to the NE of camp
Valek opens his eyes seeming partially annoyed "About 150 meters north east of the 
campsite."
Phinnea continues to snore in bliss.
[GM]: Lydia sits by the fire, she looks tired.
Valek goes back to sleep.
[Jamison]: Is he coming into camp??? or remaining outside it...?  What does he look 
like???
[GM]: Peshida sits in the shadows and watches her.
[GM]: ((Valek is apparently asleep))
[Jamison]: Not alot of info for the watch to work with
[GM]: ((Does Jamison wake the next person and end his watch?))
Jamison nervously watches the night.. aware that someone is out there that he does not 
know...
[Jamison]: Yes, who's next...?
[GM]: ((I think Phinny))
[GM]: ((or maybe Anne))
Jamison walks over to Phinney and nudges her 
Phinnea stirs and grunts a little, turning over to one side.
Jamison nudges the dwarf a little harder..
[Jamison]: Phinney... your watch
Phinnea sits up bewildered, "huh? oh....yah, ok..."
Phinnea struggles to wake herself up.
[Phinnea]: "Anything happen?"
[Valek]: <I think you'd notice your horse right away>
[Jamison]: Valek return a little bit ago... He said something about someone is out there to 
help us.... about 150 yrds. NE
[Jamison]: He also had the horse with him
Phinnea notices her horse has returned and manages a tired smile. "Seems like Valek did a 
good job. Damn horse was skittish wid me."
[GM]: The horse still has the silk blindfold on, I believe
[Valek]: <One would hope>
[Jamison]: He didn't give much detail before he fell asleep... keep a close eye out, 
tonight... It may be a false friend
[Phinnea]: "So our follower is friendly by da sounds of things."
[Valek]: <O dbought the horse would even be able to take it off if it wanted to.>
[Jamison]: Well, that's what Valek says...
Phinnea pulls her armor on, and lays her shield and mace at her side. "I'll be on guard, 
get sum sleep."
[Jamison]: Until I can meet this stranger.. best to doubt
Phinnea nods glumly.
[Jamison]: I'll do that... call if you need help
[Phinnea]: "Ya, I will."
Jamison goes to his blanket
Phinnea walks over to her horse and checks it out. Seeing it is ok, she returns to the 
fire, peering out into the darkness.
[GM]: Phinny's watch goes pretty quick
[GM]: Then it's time to wake Anne
[GM]: Lydia goes to sleep around 1am, btw
Phinnea hums dwarvish tunes to herself until it is time for Anne. Then she tries to wake up 
Anne.
[Phinnea]: "Anne, wakey wakey. Time to watch."
[GM]: Anne "What is it?" she looks around and rubs her eyes
[GM]: Anne yawns, "Oh, my watch?  Very well"
[GM]: Anne gets up and goes to sit by the fire
[Phinnea]: "All is clear. Our follower is friendly maybe, acording to da Valek. But be on 
guard, nevertheless."
[GM]: Actually, there would be a fire.  There is not enough fire wood.
[GM]: Actually, there would be no fire.  There is not enough fire wood.
Phinnea then curls back up and quickly falls asleep again, snoring happily.
[GM]: Anne's watch goes by quick.  So, does Thor's and then it is morning.
Jamison wakens with the dawn...
[GM]: The sun rises at 6:30, waking everyone
Jamison looks around .. seeing Thor on guard duty..
[GM]: Thor nods to Jamison
Valek wakes up about halfway through thors watch and starts filling a basin of water, he 
then places several cups chained to the bottom of the basin in the water and is apparantly 
playing with them by morning.
[GM]: Thor "Slow night"
Phinnea also awakens on hearing everyone begin to stir.
Jamison then stand s to go and get more information about the stranger out there
(Valek whispered to GM): applied magical theroy; if someone asks he'll explain it all.
[Jamison]: Valek... what's this about a friendly follower?
[GM]: Anne rises and begins to comb her hair
Valek looks up from one of the leeky containers of water <seemingly purposly so> "His name 
is <gives the name>, he is a priest of some sort and will be a prophet eventually."
[GM]: Jackdaw rises and yawns, "Two raw eggs pleez" he looks around seeing what everyone is 
doing.
[GM]: (name is Drei'Partha)
[Jamison]: A Priest...?? A prophet..??   Anne, does this make any sense to you?
[GM]: Anne, hearing the 'P' word, approaches, "Priest? where?"
Valek is continally filling the cups with water and then holding them above the water level 
watching them slowly drip themselves empty and ocassionally flicks a droplet of water at 
the basin seeming somehow very absorbed in it.

[Jamison]: Valek says our follower is some type of priest... training to be a prophet, or 
some such thing..
[Jamison]: I didn't know you could train to be a prophet
[GM]: Anne looks at Jamison, "In the primitive church of Ral, there were often those that 
were called prophet, but in modern times I guess all priests are considered to be prophets 
in some respect."
[Valek]: "He's not training, he just said he will be."
[Valek]: "He said his birthmark identified him as a future prophet."
[GM]: Anne "Valek, did he say he was a priest of Ral?"
Phinnea chimes in, "Maybe he's crazy?"
Valek never looks up from the baisin of water
[GM]: Anne looks at Phinny "Well, calling yourself Priest does not mean that you are 
crazy ..."
[GM]: Anne "Valek, is he dangerous?"
[Phinnea]: "Valek, you never seen water before?"
[Valek]: "He never said he was a priest either really; but he had clerical magic, the 
powerful kind, and he spoke like a fanatic."
[Jamison]: Maybe we should go and meet this priest who would be prophet...
[GM]: Anne "Clerical Magic ... Valek, how do you know for sure?"
[GM]: Anne looks to Jamison, "Well, I for one would be interested in meeting his ... 
priest"
[Jamison]: Can you lead us to him, Valek?
[Valek]: "He claims to have banished Veridon."
[Phinnea]: "IF he acts like he did yesterday, we wont get close."
[GM]: Anne "It is a serious crime claiming the Priesthood, when you have not been ordained 
by the Church"
[Strider]: "Well he claims to have banished Veridon"
Strider fills in some of the holes in one of the containers and lifts it abve the water 
watching it slowly drain.
[Valek]: <Both of those are Valek comments>
[GM]: Jackdaw comes up close to Valek, "What him be doing?"
[Valek]: "Magical study is best done if you bring it down to the simplist analogy 
possible."
[GM]: Jackdaw scratches his head and watches even closer.
[Valek]: "Analogies are like a ring of keys, the more you have the easier it is to open 
doors that you come across, but it takes you longer."
[Valek]: "In this analogy, magic is the water, it is everywhere and it fills us."
Valek dunks one of the containers "When we sleep the magic pours in."
Valek lifts the container above and it leaks away "When we awaken the magic seeps out and 
eventually we become exausted and sleep again."
Valek tips the container "If we cast spells or take actions the magic seeps out faster" 
Valek fills some of the holes "But if we plug the holes, then the magic seeps out slower 
and we need less sleep."
[Jamison]: So your saying... as long as we are awake.. we are using magical energy???
[Valek]: "Right."
[Jamison]: HMM.. I thought I was using physical energy when I was awake... and resting 
restored that..
[Valek]: "But then how do you explain the many magical feets you perform on a daily basis?"
[GM]: Jackdaw produces his syrinx, "But if me plug holes, then me not able to do magic!" 
he starts to play
[Jamison]: What magic.... I just swing this staff... walk , ride... eat...etc
[Valek]: "Your skin heals if cut, it dose not rot if left in the sun."
DICE for GM: (3d6) :  3d6=3,6,6  = [ 15 ]
Phinnea moves her body at the rythym of JD's music.
[GM]: Jackdaw begins to levitate himself.
[Valek]: "Only things that do not restore there magic suffer from this."
[GM]: He continues to play an upbeat and joyful tune
[Valek]: "Not all the holes, just the ones that let the magic leak out when your not doing 
anything."
(Phinnea whispered to GM): I cast illusion and make an illusion of a deep hole directly 
below JD.
[Jamison]: I thought healing was a physical feat that could be enhanced with magic...
[GM]: Roll Phinnea
(To GM) DICE for Phinnea: (3d6) : 3d6=2,3,1  = [ 6 ]
[Valek]: "Magic can heal dead flesh as well as living."
[Valek]: "that fact that living flesh can heal itself is a testimant to it's inner magic."
(Phinnea whispered to GM): "JD, watch out!" Phinnea points below JD.
[Phinnea]: "JD, watch out!" Phinnea points below JD.
[GM]: Jackdaw gasps and stops playing for a moment.  His spell ends.  He fights to stay in 
the air, but hits the ground.
Phinnea tries not to laugh. "Jackdaw, are you ok?"
[GM]: Where there was a hole that had suddenly appeared below Jackdaw, it vanishes and 
leaves him sitting on the ground.
[GM]: Jackdaw "That no funny.  Me thought there be hole there"
[GM]: Jackdaw pouts
[Phinnea]: "Maybe JD need more sleep." Phinnea grins.
[GM]: Jackdaw gets up and grabs his syrinx
Phinnea gives Jackdaw a warm hug. "No harm meant!"
Valek finally gets up from the basin and then furiously writes in his notebook.
[GM]: Jackdaw hugs Phinny back and smiles
[Phinnea]: "Lets get going, maybe talk to this priest?"
[GM]: Anne "Yes, Valek care to lead the way?"
[Valek]: "Of course..."
[Phinnea]: "Methinks he wont be easy to find, if he acts like yester day."
[GM]: Lydia wakes last of all.  She has bags under her eyes.  She still does not say much.
Valek walks to where the man was the outher night
[GM]: The party proceeds to the place 150 yda NE of their campsite.
[GM]: No where is there, nor is there any signs of a campsite.
[GM]: There is nothing but a grove of trees
[GM]: (What is the party's next move?  Continue on the Old Mage's Web?)
[Phinnea]: (towards the Church we were told about.)
Valek shrugs "He diden't set up a fire for himself."
[Phinnea]: (green meadow?)
[GM]: The party travels once more over the hilly grassland that is so prevalent in this 
part of the kingdom

Valek ties himself to the horse and levitates behind it, now studing another scroll while 
ocassionally jotting more ideas down in his notebook.
[GM]: Within 2 hours, the party tops a hill and can see signs of a village a few miles away.
[GM]: The village is just north of the Old Mage's Web
Jamison looks to see if everything looks quiet in the village.....Any walls around the 
village.. gates..?
Phinnea adjusts her armor, "Ah, maybe get us some ale here!"
[GM]: Upon approaching the village, a sign clearly reads Green Meadows.  There are no city 
walls, it seems to be a settlement of a few hundred people.
Phinnea looks around for a place that may serve ale.
Jamison looks around for a church of Ral
[GM]: There is a supply store, a small Inn with a pub, a blacksmith with a stable and a few 
other buildings that are not as clearly marked.
[GM]: There is also what appears to be a small Church.
Valek is far too absorbed in his studdies to even know that the party did make it to the 
town.

Jamison looks at Anne...." will you join me in a prayer?"
Phinnea waddles quickly towards the small inn.

[Jamison]: At the door of the church, Jamison removes his helm
Valek eventually notices that the party is splitting up and ops to head for the church, in 
a mixture or curiosity and a low alcohol tolerance as well as a dislike of large crowds.
[GM]: Thor, Lydia, Jackdaw, and Peshida follow Phinny to the Inn
[Jamison]: After You, Sister..
[GM]: Anne smiles and enters the Church.  She moves her hands tracing the Trelic Ral before 
entering the Church.

Jamison looks around the church... looking expecially for a place that is out of the way 
and perfect for hiding the sword
[GM]: Inside the Church, a few Clerics busy themselves, ministering to a few travellers it 
seems.  Three priests stand over one woman tending to her wounds.
[GM]: One of the priests catch sight of Anne and approaches her.

Valek goes and looks at the injured woman.
[GM]: Anne turns to Jamison, letting the priest go, "Do you wish that we speak to one of 
these priest alone"
[Jamison]: Yes... but if there is any assistance that we can offer the injured... we 
should...
[GM]: The woman apparently had an arrow pierce her shin.  The priests have removed it and 
now prepare to heal her.
[GM]: Anne "By all means" she nods
[GM]: Anne also approaches the woman and observes the other priests in action.
Jamison ollows the Brother to the injurred lady..
[GM]: Anne "Can we be of any assistance, Brothers?"
Valek knods when Anne speaks affirming his willingness to help but says nothing.
[GM]: Brother "Do you have any knowledge of poisons, sister?"

[GM]: Anne "I am Sister Anval Ironfist, and I have no knowledge of poisons, I am sorry" she 
looks to Jamison
[Jamison]: I'm afraid my knowledge is very limited...
[GM]: Brother Dunnivan "I thought I recognized you.  It is a great pleasure to have you 
here Sister Anne, I am honored." he looks to Valek "It is unsure what poision was used, 
perhaps you can have a look at the arrow"
[Valek]: "Is it a deadly poision?"
[GM]: Another Brother "The wound is turning black, we should hurry"
[GM]: Brother Dunnivan "We cant be sure, but it is best not to leave it to chance"
[Valek]: "Hummm, please let me see the arrow."
[GM]: Another Brother retreives the broken point of the arrow for Valek.

[GM]: Okay Valek to be sure you need to make a Posions roll.  Do you have Physician or 
Alchemy?
(Valek whispered to GM): not physician he dose have alchemy as well a thantology though.
[GM]: Another Brother raises his eyebrow, "Sir just what do you plan to do with those 
weapons?"
(Valek whispered to GM): and I took Chi-treatment as an alternative to physician.
(Valek whispered to GM): since they both have no prequisits, I figured it related better to 
how Valek's people would regard the body and how to heal it.
[Valek]: "By redirecting the flow of magic through her body the poision will be nutralized."

Valek places the pins in her body, though only one is anywhere near the point of the 
poision and lights each one aflame <Baring anyone trying to stop him>
[GM]: Anne "Yes, he is" she whispers to Valek, "Are you sure you know what you are doing?"
[Valek]: "I've treated bites from cave spiders the behave simmiliarly to this before...."
[GM]: Another Brother moves to stop Valek from placing the pins in the woman
Jamison watches this act, carefully... he's never seen the likes of it
[GM]: Anne "No, let him do what he must!"
[GM]: Anne does not look totally convinced, but the Priest respects the words of a High 
Priestess.
[GM]: Valek give me another Chi roll

[GM]: Within 30 minutes the wound begins to turn fleshy pink again and signs of poision 
have gone.
Valek places the pins in her body only one near the impact point and it's location seems 
to be more related to the heart then to the poision and lights each pin afire, the smoke 
all flows along the body and twoards the wound.
[GM]: Brother Dunnivan "Wow, this is amazing."
Jamison is very impressed
[GM]: Another Brother, "Now that the poison has been neutralized, there is nothing left to 
do but heal the wound."
[GM]: The priests also seem very impressed
Valek knods and says littel, but seems glad that he was able to help.
[GM]: Another Brother cast minor healing on the wound

[GM]: The woman is taken to another room to recover

[Valek]: "All I did was redirect the magic which is constatly flowing through her body so 
that it removed the poision."
[GM]: Anne looks at Jamison and smiles, then turns to Valek, "You should be thanking Valek"
[GM]: Brother Dunnivan nods and escorts you all to his private chambers
[GM]: Once inside ....
Valek walks along still interested in the works of the church.
[GM]: Brother D "What may I do for you?"
[Jamison]: Bother... we have some need for your assistance..
[Jamison]: Bother=Brother
[GM]: Brother D "Speak you mind, son"
[Jamison]: I have here a package that I would like to leave in the care of the Church.... 
we will be traveling to the North and I would not wish it to fall into the wrong hands...
[GM]: Brother D "I would be honored to aid you in doing this" he looks to Jamison and then 
to Anne "Is it ... dangerous?  Should it be hidden?"
[GM]: Brother D "If you do not wish to say more ...  I understand"
[Jamison]: Ohhh, My apologies... May I present Sister Anval Ironfist... Valek.. and myself,

[GM]: Brother Dunnivan nods to Jamison, "It is my honor to meet you Sir Knight Jamison"
Valek bows at the priest when introduced.

[Jamison]: Explaining that it needs to be safe until our return

[GM]: You all leave the Church and find you way to the Inn/Pub
