The Faye (Cost varies)

Description: The Faye in Methoria correspond to the Fey or Faerie race in traditional fantasy games.  They come in all sizes: from smaller than an insect, to the size of a large mountain.  They usually come in an elegant Elvenoid shape with insect-like wings.  They come in 5 levels of power which traditionally have been called Terra, Stellar, Lunar, Solar, and Cosmic.  They primarily exist in an alternate reality that is called the Faye Kingdom, and mostly appear in Methoria in a spirit form.

A characteristic of the Faye in all of their forms is that they appear in a spirit-form, whether it be at all times or at times of their choice.  When in Spirit form, they can be repelled or turned as if they were the Spirit of a deceased being, yet they cannot be summoned or possess another body.  The fact that they cannot use possession has lead to the belief that they have no souls.  All Faye hold a dread for Iron of which they are highly vulnerable. One of the most amazing characteristics  of the Faye and most misunderstood is that they seem to be ageless, even more so than the Elves.  They seem not to be born but to have existed forever.

Level 1 - The Terra Faye / Faye of the Sphere Kingdom

Description: The Faye of the first Sphere are for the most part servants of nature that rarely have contact with the world of Methoria.  These are most commonly encountered as Spirits of the Woods, Mountains, Air, Fire, Streams, Rivers, and Sea that we call Nymphs. Those encountered are most often playful, but rarely can be coaxed away from the places that they inhabit.
